Unprecedented IAS strike against AAP Govt - 2018[10]

Delhi court discharged CM Arvind Kejriwal, his Deputy Manish Sisodia and 9 other AAP leaders in Aug 2021[11]

  • Chief Secretary Anshu Prakash alleged that he was manhandled and abused during a meeting called at late night at Mr Kejriwal's house on February 19 2018

  • July 23 2024: BJP's Centre Govt had on July 23 issued a notification which favoured to minimise the power of ACB of Delhi Government
  • AAP had alleged that the notification was prompted by BJP’s apprehensions about registration of more cases against several leaders if AAP comes back to power in Delhi's impending elections
  • Later in 2015, complete control was taken away from Delhi & given to Center

FAKE Scams & Investigations

  • Alleged DTC Bus tender 'Scam': CBI found nothing in 1.5 years in DTC buses case but it stopped the process of buying buses for Delhi[21]
